This Legal Notice (“Notice”) governs the use of all products, services, and materials provided by Ocean Rise Coffee Company (“the Company”). By accessing, purchasing, or using any product or service offered by the Company, the customer (“User”) acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth herein.

 

1. General Disclaimer

All products offered by Ocean Rise Coffee are provided “as‑is” and “as available.” Ocean Rise Coffee makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, safety, suitability, or fitness of its products for any particular purpose. The User assumes all responsibility for the proper handling, storage, and use of all perishable goods purchased from Ocean Rise Coffee.

 

2. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ocean Rise coffee shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, use, or misuse of any product. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from improper storage, allergic reactions, or failure to follow recommended usage guidelines.

 

3. Perishable Goods

All coffee and related consumable products sold by Ocean Rise Coffee are perishable. As such, Ocean Rise Coffee does not guarantee product condition beyond the point of delivery. The User is responsible for ensuring that all products are stored in a manner consistent with industry standards for perishable goods.

 

4. Return and cancellation policy 

Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy. Nothing in this Legal Notice limits any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, packaging designs, and written materials are the exclusive property of the Company. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

 

6. Governing Law

This Notice shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska. Any disputes arising under this Notice shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within Douglas County, Nebraska.

 

7. Policy Updates

We may update this Legal Notice from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order will apply to that purchase, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
