SHIPPING POLICY

1. Fulfillment and Shipping Overview
All orders placed through Ocean Rise Coffee Company are fulfilled and shipped by our authorized roasting and fulfillment partner, Temecula Coffee roasters. Orders are roasted fresh, packaged with your selected branding, and shipped directly to the customer.
Temecula Coffee roasters processes and ships coffee orders within 3–5 business days from the date the order is placed.
In some cases, roasting schedules may require 1–5 business days before the product is ready to ship.
Once shipped, standard ground delivery typically requires an additional 1–5 business days, depending on the customer’s location within the United States.
2. Shipping Timeframe
Customers should expect total delivery within 5–8 business days from the date of purchase. This timeframe includes roasting, packaging, fulfillment, and transit. This estimate is based on Temecula Coffee Roasters' published shipping and fulfillment timelines.
3. Tracking Information
All orders include tracking details. Once Temecula Coffee Roasters ships the order, tracking information is automatically updated and sent to the customer via email.
4. Shipping Locations
Orders are shipped from Temecula Coffee Roasters' U.S.-based roasting and fulfillment facilities.
5. Delays and Exceptions
Ocean Rise Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier issues (USPS or other ground carriers)
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Weather conditions, natural events, or other circumstances outside our control
6. Lost Shipments
If a shipment is lost, the customer must notify Ocean Rise Coffee promptly so we can investigate with our fulfillment partner or carrier.
7. Policy Acceptance
By placing an order, you acknowledge this Shipping Policy. We may update this policy from time to time. The policy in effect when you place your order will apply to that purchase, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
